This neighborhood consists of a large, oval-shaped park surrounded by ten apartment towers (12-18 floors), at the base of which are terraced cottages spread down the hill. In addition, a single tower (“Holyland Tower”) was constructed with 32 floors.

The neighborhood has a designated road and bridge connecting it directly to the Begin Road. The original construction plan was designed by the architect, Israel Prize laureate Ram Karmi.

The residential buildings were designed by the architects Tishby-Rozio and the towers were designed by Moshe Tzur. The project is a refreshing combination of architectural innovation with advanced construction.
